ESG Housing Foundation Is about making a difference one community at a time. For each community we enter, we aim to leave behind smart sustainable villages, access to online education to empower residents to learn about advancing their lives through real estate, technology and all around skillsets needed to succeed.
More over, there is no doubt that the global real estate market is already aware that ESG principles are key for sustainable investments. Our Story
ESG Housing Inc is a Methuen-based nonprofit organization dedicated to the establishment and preservation of affordable worker housing and community development for low- to moderate-income families and people. ESG Housing, which is based in Methuen, Massachusetts was established as a 501(C)(3) organization in 2022. ESG Housing Inc reinvests excess earnings in its humanitarian goal as a nonprofit organization dedicated to housing. ESG Housing Foundation has a business strategy that will position us as one of the country’s most productive and impactful nonprofit affordable workforce housing organizations.
Consider the possibility of not having a home. Consider not having an address. Consider attempting to support your family while living in a car, a shelter, or on the streets of a city. Imagine having your own home, complete with a bed, a yard, and your own address. Consider the following scenario. That is what ESG Housing Inc does – we make dreams come true for those who have found themselves homeless and, in some circumstances, hopeless. We are dedicated to assisting vulnerable populations in transitioning from homelessness to homeownership, preserving families while identifying and implementing practical solutions to combat and end homelessness in the areas we serve, and making the goal of house ownership a reality.
The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has information on tens of thousands of persons who have become homeless as a result of poverty, job loss, long-term unemployment, domestic abuse, and mental illness, among other factors. The absence of affordable housing is one of the leading causes of families becoming homeless. The cost of housing is growing across the United States. People are being priced out of the rental market, and home ownership has become an unattainable ideal for a significant portion of our population.
We can revive communities, alter lives, and have an impact on neighborhoods by investing in underprivileged homes and complexes. ESG Hosing Inc is dedicated to ensuring that everyone has access to safe, decent, and affordable housing where they may work, shop, and go to school while also benefiting from the community. We’re investing in families and fighting homelessness, and we’re making the seemingly impossible possible.
ESG Housing is making significant progress in providing housing for our homeless population as well as improving the quality of life for families, elderly, and those with disabilities. We have a stake in this difficult task of providing shelter to a vulnerable population that has experienced the devastation of homelessness, poverty, mental illness, and aging. We are committed to bringing and restoring life to families and communities as change age.
